Ernest is Injured

Hey guys real sad to inform you all that Ernest is injured... He fractured his toe will hip-hopping last week and will be inactive for a while..

And since we have a gig at Downtown East this Saturday, we have invited the lead singer of Infinite Sound, his name is Alan to sing in place of Ernest... We really regret that Ernest is not able to join us but im sure we'll put on a good show nonetheless..

So people pls pray that Ernest heals fast and nothing happens to him aight.. Thanks all!

Aftermath Of Tapestry @ Heeren

Tapestry was good today! Haha.. Had a lot of fun.. although our timeslot was shifted earlier and some of our friends missed to show.. We are all very shagged out from the weekend of pure roadtrippin' around Singapore and having so much fun...

We celebrated by goin to babyface after Swensen's at orchard and dinner at Longhouse.. had a couple of drinks and played some games...

Once again we'd like to thank everyone for coming and supporting us!
We'll be updating soon our next gig which will be @ Downtown East next Saturday aight!

Hey guys.. DXO and Jurong West are over.... we had fun. Really quite a tiring day for all of us and met with a few difficulties... Tired but still looking forward to tapestry tmr.. Oh wells..

Update On Tapestry!

Alright guys here's the update on Tapestry 2006.

BlackForest will be performing on the 23rd July @ 3.30pm @ The Heeren.

Please be there to support us and be there around 10-15 mins before the actual gig.

Latest Update

Hey guys... here's our latest update on July gigs!

Our DXO Charity Album launch is on the 22nd of July @ DXO @ 7.00pm
We also have a gig on the same night at Jurong West Central 1 (beside the openspace of blk 683) @ 8.20pm which starts with our fellow friend-band, Infinite Sound. BlackForest will be on stage at 8.50pm.

Tapestry

Hi guys.. sky's back again. just to update you all that we are going to perform for an event called Tapestry.


An arts event created by youth volunteers (High Five Youths) from the Central Singapore Community Development Council (CSCDC) for youth artists and performers. By allowing them to boast their talents through various forms of expression.
Tapestry aims to nurture a culture of arts in youths, reaching out to the public, and raising awareness on the High Five Youth Program and beneficiaries, which they adopt.
From a humble beginning, Tapestry was formed in 2002 by a group of High Five Youths who were inspired to provide an avenue for youths in Singapore to voice and express their feelings and thoughts through visual and audio performance. Understanding the need for more sponsored public avenues for young people to have a chance at performing, 5 locations along the streets of Orchard Road were demarcated to provide for expression. After 2 days worth of street busking, participants were enthralled and appreciative of this initiative, with feedbacks requesting for more.
With that to we will tap our brains for more ways to turn our halo worthy spot lights onto the arts arena!

Date: 21 July 2006 (Friday) [opening night]

22 & 23 July 2006 (Saturday& Sunday)

Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm (Friday)

12:00pm - 9:00pm (Sat & Sun)

Venue: Orchard Road [Far East Plaza, Heeren, Wheelock Place & Takashimaya]

We will post updates on our performance time slots as soon as we get them!
